My lower back hurts, I think I have Sacro-Iliac.?!
Question: My lower back hurts, I think I have Sacro-Iliac!.!?
Do I need to see a doctor about this!? And is there anything I can do at home to help!? (I got this from tennis!. I tweaked my back while practicing serves!. And no, it's not bad form)!. Any help is appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you'd better hope that you have a sacro-iliac; it is a normal formation at the base of the spine where it connects to your pelvis!.
However, you very likely do have a strain if that's where it hurts!. The best thing to do is give it a rest for a few days and if you go back to tennis, go at it easily for a while!.

You possibly have a disabling form of Sacro-lliac that could cause you to be paralyzed at any time or even cause your death!. You must seek help right away!Www@Answer-Health@Com
