I've had a sore right hip for about 3 weeks now. Do you know what's wron!


Question: I've had a sore right hip for about 3 weeks now!. Do you know what's wrong/how to fix it!?
It's even more sore when I walk!. I go to the gym about 4 times a week and may have pulled it doing Pump (weight class) where we do dead-lifts with 10 kgs (I only weigh 60 kgs) - the instructor tells us to "pull up with our glutes"!. Should I stop going to gym / are there any stretches etc to help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lie on your back and put your right leg up at right angles then so your shin is parralel with the floor, then put your left ankle on your right knee, put both hands around your thigh and pull towards the body!. Hold for 15 seconds and repeat on other side!. Also while lying on the floor on your back place a tennis ball onto your glutes then slowly put your weight down on it!. this will help release any muscles that are making your hips hurt!. Or invest in a massage!. I used to do pump, then body balace, and my recovery was heaps quicker, and when you do dead lifts, if your feet are shoulder width apart and you push from your heels, your glutes will get worked automatically, don't force your glutes to work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you continued to work out for the last 3 weeks!? Can you remember when you hurt it and how you did it!? A Dr!. may want answers to these questions if you have to be seen!. Have you rested for any period of time!? Is it getting worse or any better!? Try an anti-inflammatory or heat after exercise!. If you have any reason not to take motrin, etc!. ask a Dr!. first before using!. Motrin could help if you pulled a muscle!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say see you Doctor before it get worst
