Problems Waking Up?!


Question: Problems Waking Up!?
I've tried everything!. I have multiple alarms in my room when I sleep!. I try keeping the lights on, keeping music on, keeping my phone on a vibrating alarm and putting it under my pillow!.!.!. Nothing works! I sleep through all my alarms and it makes me late to school/work/church/stuff like that!. I can't help it! It happens even when I allow myself plenty of time to sleep, it's not like when I wake up I am tired or anything!.

What do I do!? This is really starting to interfere with my life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sleep disorders can sometimes be traced to diet/exercise!. If you aren't getting enough calories or B-complex vitamins, or aren't exercising at all, that can lead to morning drowsiness that can really drag your whole day down!. I would start there, try a multi-vitamin and make sure you are getting at least 2000 calories per day(a balanced diet of course)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

find more on internet !. get the equipmemt and use for a month !. ur problem will be solved!.
