I was in a bad car accident 2 years ago and my spine and hip are now out of place I have been going to the chiropractor ever since and it only feels better that day and I get massages but I get bad head aches and painful neck aches all the time!. I use bio-freeze but it wares off fast and it smells aweful!. do you know of anything that might help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of it may be your mattress!. I pulled a muscle in my back a couple years ago!. I seen the Dr!. he gave me the usual muscle relaxers, and a few pain killers!. In a couple weeks my back felt better, but I was getting head aches, couldn't sleep, and I would wake up with a stiff back!. We finally bought one of those "memory foam" mattresses, (our old mattress, was a spring mattress), I swear, over night, my back felt better than it had in YEARS!. I will fall asleep on my side, and not even move! It is so comfortable!. They may cost a little, but for something you spend 1/3 of your life in, to me , it's worth it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your chiropractor should be able to tell you what meds to take!. If not, talk to someone at a 'pain center' like we have here in AZ!. Treatment may cost, but, answers to questions are free!. I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
