Answers:
Make a solution of something that you don't like , like tobasco,or lemon juice or rubbing alcohol and spray or dip you fingers in it and let it dry when you go to bite your nails you'll see what I mean!.God bless you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take nail polish and everytime you want to bite your nails, just chip your nail polish off instead!. It's distracting and works for me! Also, try buying a maximum growth formula that will help your nails get stronger, which will make it harder to bite, which should make you stop!. It weird, I usually wait for my nails to grow out a lot, and then I all of a sudden have an urge of biting them, something I need to stop too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually you have to think about it and decide that you want to quit!. Every time that you raise your nail to your mouth, put it down!. If you have a grooming issue, keep clippers handy and use them!. Smear-on bitter potions don't work, but you could start with a clear nail lacquer to serve as a reminder, for ahwile!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put lotion on your nails and then when you get the urge to bite them, you'll taste the lotion and then think twice about biting them!. It's going to take time as habits are hard to break!. Statistics say that it takes most people 14 days to break a habit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i had the same problem as yours, but i polished my nails , and decided not to think about it anymore , or cut them when they grew,
you can do anything you want ,Www@Answer-Health@Com

its hard!. i still bite my nails and i am trying to bite them less often!. i suppose a stinky nail pollish may help but not get rid of the urge to bite!. you jus have to really concentrate on not biting themWww@Answer-Health@Com

Did you try that kind of nailpolish that taste very bad!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

take a nail clipper and cut them enough that you cant chew them !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
