Help me! I have a headache and diarrhea...?!


Question: Help me! I have a headache and diarrhea!.!.!.!?
Could you please help me!? I'm 17, I have a kinda bad headache and diarrhea!. Do you know of any home remedies!? It's not bad enough to go to the doctor, but it is not something that I can ignore!. I know I can take ibuprofen/aspirin for the headache, but what could I do for the diarrhea!? What foods would help me!? Any and all suggestions are appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
