Question: I have this lower than abdomen pain!.!?
i have this lower pain goin on!. its not in my abs, kinda in the pelvic area!. its not a sharp pain, kinda like a streching pain! and no im not getting fatter! theres no sign of anything (ex: bruses) but it mainly hurts when i move/walk!. it started yesterday after soccer!. i was playing hard so thats where it might be from!. but im not sure!.!.!. i am sexually acctive but i dont think im pregnant!. please help!
also i had my foot cramp up yesterday, and my leg cramp up today, dono if that has anything to do with my other pain tho!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Also try eating some bananas to get your potassium up too!. You tend to get leg cramps when your potassium is low!. Has it been two weeks since your last period!? Sometimes when you ovulate you get a pain in the area that you are talking about and sometimes you get a cyst on your ovary in that area too!. The cyst will usually burst on its on!. You will feel instant relief when it burst!. It is not uncommon for this to happen when you are ovulating!.

Sounds like you overdid it playing soccer!. Take some magnesium and calcium for your leg cramps and rest a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
