Question: Braces or Spacers!?!!!?!!?!!?
I have had spacers for about a week and now i am getting braces in 3 days!. I was wondering if the worst is over or do braces hurt more then spacers!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Braces are a bit worse!. You will be sore for the first couple of days after getting the braces on & need to eat a soft diet!. Every time the braces are tightened your teeth will be sore!. Also, you will want to get this wax to put over the outside of the braces, so your gums aren't sore!. Don't worry, its very tollerable & just think about how pretty your teeth will be!Www@Answer-Health@Com
i don't want to worry you but spacers are like a walk in the park compared to braces!.!.!.braces hurt way more than spacers especially in the begining but after awile it get betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
