Question: Sunburn really hurts!.!?
Went to a waterpark last sunday and got burnt on my chest and shoulders!. The past two nights I have woken up at 3 am and stayed up for a few hours then gone to bed!. I have pretty much tried everything - vinegar, tea bags, calamine lotion, towel with cold water, taking a shower with cold water!. My moms about to bring me aloe vera which im going to try but do you guys know of anything else that you are pretty positive will help!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aloe Vera should do the trick, I have this green Aloe Vera gel and it works wonders!. All I can really say is apply aloe constantly through-out the day and make sure it soaks in!. Also try using Shea Butter Moisturizer!.

Remember to use strong sunscreen next time! Sunburns are no fun :(

Hope my suggestions help a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just keep the aloe vera gel on it!. It's the greatest thing in the world at soothing sunburn!.!.!.just be sure to keep it on, especially before you go to bed at night, so you can get a decent night's sleep!.

And please, do remember to wear sunblock!. The sun can do a lot of damage to your skin, and a good sunblock will help prevent that damage!. Make sure to look for something that blocks both UVA and UVB rays, and not just one or the other!.!.!.that'll give you the best protection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NOXZEMA! I got a bad burn on Saturday and I tried vinegar, blue ice, after sun care, lidacane hot bath everthing!. The thing that helped best was noxzema!. It cools the burn and takes the pain away!. You can also take advil, aleve or tylenol for the pain!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As I life long Floridian I've had my experiences with sunburns!. I've found that Solarcaine's Aloe gel works best!. I am not a big fan of Solarcaine's spray but it works too!. I would also recommend taking a Benadryl and probably some Advil!.

You may also be suffering from heat stroke so keep up your fluids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I remember reading somewhere that aspirin can help--since it works as an anti-inflammatory!. But the aloe will do the trick!. We also used to use Noxzema way back in the day because it had a cooling effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
