Ive decided to take sleeping pills but not sure which to get!.

Be very careful!. Sleeping pills can be a very big problem if misused!. You should never need more than 1 or 2 a week on average!. If you do, then you have other problems!.
That said, try the combination pain reliever/sleep aids like Tylenol PM!. Advil and most of the other major pain relievers have one on the market!.
You can also get these over the counter-no Dr!. visit required!.
Most of them use Benadryl to induce sleep!. the combinations seam to work well, they are not expensive, and they have very few side effects!. Best of all, after about 4 hours, most people can wake up and not be real sleepy!. You never know when and emergency pops up and you need to get going!.
I would not try anything for the first time if I have to go to work the next day!. Some people are very sensitive to any sleep aids!. My wife uses them about 1 or 2 times a month and she has to have at least 10 hours to sleep them off!. Me, I can hop up 3 hours later and get going!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
