Question: I think i strained my muslces in my thighs!!? PLEASE HELP! in pain -______-!?
last night i went clubbing
and i danced a lot
and yea!.!.!.!.!.!.
i think i strained my muscles in my thighs from squatting too much
and omg i can barely bend my knees now
it hurts so bad
how do i relieve the pain!?
and how do i heal FAST!!? [preferbly in a couple days] because i have dance practices all week :/Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Rest is nature's best cure!.!.!.
BUT keep moving so you don't stiffen - some gentle stretches (don't hurt!), walking around, etc but just don't push it!.
You may have to miss the first 1 or 2 practices!.

You should also try sauna/hot bath/heat pads or anything to stimulate blood flow and relax the muscles - a massage wouldn't hurt either! You can massage your legs yourself while in the sauna!.!.!.

As for the pain, if necessary, aspirin/paracetamol/ibuprofen etc - any normal pain reliever should be fine

But don't stress - it will go away soon enough (unless you over exert too quickly in which case you could do much more damage!.!.!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
