I had a terrible sun burn last year, so bad i could not sit, lay down, or stand !.!.!. it was the most miserable thing I've ever been through, (worse than child birth)!. Cool bath, keep a cool washcloth near by, wear loose clothing!.!.!. Aloe Vera helps a lot!. I used a product from CVS called Burn Jel Plus!. It helped to sooth the pain, and it has vitamin E to soften the skin!. Don't cover up with a blanket at night, let the skin be exposed to air as much as possible!. Hope you get better soon!. :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pure aloe gel- any drugstore
This may sound odd but it really works!. Get some apple cider vinegar and take a sponge bath with it!. Takes the sting of the burn right out!.
Apply aloe as often as needed until its better!.
Be more careful the next time, its only the start of summer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
