Panic attacks and problems that go with them... need help?!

Question: Panic attacks and problems that go with them!.!.!. need help!?
I have been suffering from panic attacks for 2 years!. First it was heartattack then I thought I had cancer of every kind, then, liver problems, gallblatter problems!.If you name it at one point I thought I had it!. My problem now - A couple days ago I went to the bathroom and I noticed a tiny black spot in my stool!. It made me very worried because I know that black could be blood!. Each time after that I looked after I had used the bathroom I noticed tiny black spots in them also!. Then I got really worried and that brought on bouts of 'the runs' like it has before in my panic attacks!. I feel very gassy and afraid to eat because I'm scared of what my stool will look like when it comes out!. I also noticed for the first time today that when I pee'd it burned alittle!. I'm in with friends or not thinking about it I am 100% fine with no symptoms at all!. The second I come home thought I feel like I have something terribly wrong with me!. Basically I just want someone to tell me I'm ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just about every simple medical symptom can in theory be ultimately associated to very serious medical condition!. Reading online medical journals or books will scare the crap out of anyone!. Before I research any medical symptom I tell myself that I know that ultimately thedse journals will tell me it might be liver failure, cancer, heart disease or some other serious illness!. Just don't read medical journals until you accept that 99!.99% of the time they will suggest something terminal for any symptom you describe but that the liklihood of it actually being something serious is about 0!.000099%!.

You sound fine, if a little anxious!. If the spots are small then there is little to worry about, it's only a spot of blood at worse !.!.!.most probably something you have eaten or a bug!.

Is there anything in your lifestyle that is making you worry about your health !? I suggest that you eat well, sleep well and get some exercise for a week and the symptoms will go away!.

Focus on being healthy, not sick!.
