There could be slight neurological damage!. You need to see a neurologist!. I fell not to long ago on my head and the same thing happend!. My neurologist found some slight damage that went away with time!. Yours could be different so you should not mess around or ignore dizziness!. I hope you will take care of this!. It could be many things, however with the history you've described, yes it could be a result of the accident!.
