alright im not really sure what it is!.!. but usually when i point my foot straight or put too much pressure on it my toes usually strech apart & get this really bad pain!. no one knows what is it but when i get it i just call it strech toe haha bc im not really sure!. can anyone help me out!? thanks so much :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get the same thing sometimes!. If feels like some of your toes dislocate or move out of position!. It's like an intense foot cramp!?
