Overexcersing leads to pain in abdomen?!


Question: Overexcersing leads to pain in abdomen!?
i was at a public gym and i did 100 declined crunches then 100 more on a ball (i did other stuff 20!. that day i was fine after i was done i even played a little basketball!. but when i woke up this morning i felt like i was stabbed on both sides of my stomach and it was even more painful to stand up straight i walked with a hunch to ease the pain can any1 help with tips to stop the pain!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Time and heat and ice alternated for about 15 minutes each every 2-3 hours!. Wait until the pain is gone before excercising again, cut down on how many crunches you do and then use heat or ice right after and it should keep the pain from happening again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you could have overexercise the muscles in your abdomen!. The only thing that can help you is time!. In time the muscles will relax and not hurt so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well that's great but if your sore , you shouldn't do that many !. You will strain your muscles that way !. lay off for a few days , and even then you don't need to do that many !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
