just below the neck where the back begins!.!.right in the center i have continous pain!.!.!.fm past 2 year almost!.!.!.it increases when I'm sad or stressed

a plain xray only visualizes the bone!. it doesn't show nerves discs etc!.!.
it could be at the C7/L1 level!. i would go to a chiropractor!. they have infrared scanners in the office or can order an MRI!. let them take a look!.
