Insect repellent with DEET is the most effective!. Citronella also works if you don't fancy the DEET, but it needs to be reapplied more often!. Best for bites is 'After Bite', it is like a pen and you dab the stuff on, make sure it has ammonia in itWww@Answer-Health@Com
I use tea tree oil for prevention!. Has to be diluted!!!!!
