Why Cant I sleep in?!


Question: Why Cant I sleep in!?
I have been having trouble sleeping in, If I went to bed at like 11:00pm or 7:30 pm I would still wake up really early!. It is finally summer and I really want to sleep in, do you have any tips!?
And does anyone have some tips for helping to fall asleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is because your body is used to it's normal
sleeping patterns!. It is used to you sleeping in
early and waking up early!. For me when I wake
up early on a weekend and I want to sleep in
I just lay there and shut my eyes and I fall back
asleep until the afternoon!. But if you are awake
early might as well get up!. In case you haven't
noticed you will feel more focused, refreshed
and more alert if you wake up early versus
waking up late!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The body developes a rhythm, it gets used to waking up at a certain time!. Your internal alarm clock goes off and wakes you up!. So no matter what time you go to bed you automatically wake up the usual time you did to get ready to go to school!. It may take some time to get your internal clock adjusted, probably just before you go back to school, if you are going back!. Try reading a book or counting back from one thousand in increments of three!. 1000, 997, 994 etc!. Good Luck!. I am the same and I don't even have a reason to get up early!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body is used 2 the time it wakes up!. just keep going to sleep late and after a week or 2 ull start waking up later :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
