Sure, but I recommend you eat something before you take that high dosage!. You should also put a cold pack in the area to help numb some of the pain for 20 mins on and 40 mins off, repeat as necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My advice is NOT to over-do it with over the counter medicine (or any other medicine for that matter)!. You may be doing some long-term damage to your other bodily systems!.
Depending on where your pain is, I would suggest the following (using the correct dosage per the instructions on the bottle)
Head/Tooth/Ear: Excedrine (contains caffeine)
Muscle Cramps of any kind: Aleve
Pain with inflammation/fever: Advil (or any Ibprophen)

No! I agree with the previous poster- it will damage your liver and stomach if you take that many at one time!. Ask your doctor for a muscle relaxant, one I've had success with is Relafen but flexeril is also good!. I hope you are able to successfully relieve your back pain!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
