I don't know what causes this!.!.!.but there is definitely a way out!.!.!.!.

It is just the way your actions co-ordinate with your brain and vision!.!.!.!.so meditation will definitely help!.!.!.!.

try meditating everyday for atleast 30 mins!.!.!.1 hour would be perfect!.!.!.but at this time your concentration should be 100%!.!.!.no distractions!.!.!.!.no other disturbances!.!.!.!.just you and your thoughts only!.!.!.!.it would be best if you are shut alone in a room!.!.!.!.

now you can meditate in any way you want!.!.!.!.one suggestion would be to concentrate on your body part by part!.!.!.start with your fingertips (you may lie down or sit in any position you want, but it should be a comfortable position) concentrate on your fingertips fully!.!.!.!.now relax them!.!.!.then apply a little force on them!.!.!.again relax!.!.!.!.again apply force!.!.!.!.do this for about 5 mins and then repeat it for your wrists!.!.!.!.this way concentrate on all your limbs!.!.!.!.!.

or if you feel you can't do it alone you may contact a yoga teacher!.!.!.!.but i feel there is no need for such extra expenses!.!.!.!.

so way to go man!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I heard of a condition the other day called dyspraxia, (not sure of the spelling) my friend has a child with it!. i was told its a bit like dyslexia only with your motor functions!.

Apparently, its like a 'clumsy syndrome' where people cannot help bumping or dropping things!. Ask your doctor about it, it may not be your fault that its happening!.
