There are no known interactions between these two drugs so you should be fine!. However (you probably know) amitripyline has been known to react with grapefruit juice, you should avoid sun beds, tanning beds and it will interact with other drugs and defiantly alcohol!. But codeine is safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
