Could a concussion from 3 years ago cause retinal detachment today?!

Question: Could a concussion from 3 years ago cause retinal detachment today!?
Especially if the person was already at risk due to severe myopia!? Had been seeing floaters since childhood!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes, depending on the severity of the concussion, and the area of the head affected!. The myopia generally wouldn't have an effect on Retinal Detachment, especially not having anything to do with the concussion!. I would suggest contacting 1 or more optometrists or opthalmologists to get a professional opinion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Possibley due to the medical history but not likely! Someone who specializes in the field would have to be consulted!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
