you want her to relax, and for her to relax, you are going to need to be relaxed yourself!. you had an anxiety attack, or something in that nature, so calm yourself down by making tea, or something to soothe yourself!. make sure you let her rest with lots of peace and quiet, so maybe set up her bed and couch for her when she arrives, and get her some fluffy pillows!. don't bombard her with questions though!. wishing you and your mum the best of luck !!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No your not in shock it's upsetting when something happens to someone you love , that's all try to focus on her , not how you feel !. She's the one hurt not you , don't sit around and talk about yourself , She's going to be in pain when she gets back and is going to need your love and attention !. Try to help around the house , keep things picked up because she's not going to be able to do it!. and it may be more upsetting to see the house get a wreck , you can cook the dinner she won't be doing that , do the laundrey !. Just ask herWww@Answer-Health@Com
