My advice would be to go see a doctor of chiropractic!. They specialize in neuromusculoskeletal disorders!. The chiropractor may use manipulation, ultrasound and exercises to release pressure off the nerve!. He/She will do a detailed orthopedic and neurological exam and may also adjust it into place (if needed)!. The medical doctor will most likely give you meds and wait for the condition to get better or worst before sending you out (may take days or weeks)!. Which may worsen the problem!. Hope this helps!. Stay safe and be healthy!

Note: if problem progress is please seek medical help immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

With the bone "popping out" as you describe, it is possible you pinched a nerve!. Do you have 'tingling'!? Dead (asleep) feeling!? YOU sound young, so I would not 'play' around, go see a Doc!. Sometimes delay can cause permanent damage and we don't need that, do we!.!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

go see a doctor, really you don't want to suffer permanent damage!. It sounds like a pelvic displacement!. It could be a nerve is pinched!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a pain in my lower giveadamn, so I'm pretty sure it's busted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might have a little rip inside!. Go get it checked out!. Better to be save then sorry!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
