Heel Injury?!

Question: Heel Injury!?

I hit my heel twice in the same spot yesterday, going down a water slide and ending up in shallow water and just banging it!. It still hurts today and Im wondering what I should do!? Apply heat or ice it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
