Question: Ambien isn't working anymore!?
I've taken Ambien for about 2 years to help me sleep!.!.!.!.!.The past week I have not gone to sleep before 5am and I take an ambien around 10pm!.!.!.!.It just isn't working for me anymore!. Has this happened to anyone else!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ambien comes in 5mg 10mg and the Ambien CR is 12!.5 mg but controlled released!. Talk to Doctor about this one!. You might want to try Lunesta,Halcion, or Rozerem or even Xanax!. You never know Benadryl might be effective!. Good Luck!. Be carefulWww@Answer-Health@Com
Taking more may not be the answer!. Your body is adjusting to this level, and you can become addicted to them!. You need to find out why you can't sleep!. Do you Brood about things when you go to bed!? You need to completely relax and clear your mind!. Make sure no part of your body is touching!. Then just stop thinking!. Everything tomorrow will take care of itself!. Worrying doesn't help the situations change anyway!. This may take awhile to accomplish so don't expect miracles!. Also, sleep times can cause this!. Try going to bed at the same time each night and getting up at the same time each day!. It's hard at first, but it adjusts your sleep clock in your body!. Give it time to work!. If this doesn't help, you may need to see a psychiatrist to help with meds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Leave off for a few days and start again!. Some of my patients have to do that sometimes if it quits working!. They say it seems to help!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I was having trouble falling asleep and was eventually prescribed Lunesta 3 mg -- it works wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take more Ambien!.
Try a different sleeping pill like Tylenol PM!.
