- Fetal position is definitely the most comfortable, and is the one that most naturally fits your human body (You were positioned like way for the first 9 months of your life after all lol) So bending the knees towards your chest may work well for your situation!.

- I'm sure you now realize sleeping on your back may not be the best option due to the structure and curvature of the spine!. It's usually an unnatural position that places the spine in duress causing an arc on the middle of your back!. Usually causes back aches, a bigger belly too hehe!.

- Sleeping on your back will help alleviate most of the pain from your back ailments, as long as you have a moderately flat bed, or at least one where the top of your body (Head, chest) is elevated above the rest, like laying on a recliner!. This prevents too much blood from circulating through your brain!. (A pillow under your knees in the back position may do wonders for you too)

So, what I suggest is a little of either laying on your back in a nice comfy bed, or to the side with flat bed, and a pillow in between your legs if you want to!.

~It may take time to transition comfortably to these positions, but in the long run, it should help alleviate most of your pains!. A good pair of close toed shoes helps tons too ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

sleep on your back to re-align it!. Because as you're sleeping on your stomach, you're curving your spine!. So by sleeping on your back, you're reversing it!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

sleepin on your side,it aleviates the pressure on the spinal column!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
