Question: WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY EARSSS!!!!!l!?
i have 6 piercings in my ears!.!.!. i used to have 7!.!.!. i have 4 in my "earlobes" lol and one in my left cartilage and one in my right cartilage!.!.!. i used to have two in my right!. (it closed and im really upset)!.!.!.im 18 years old by the way!.!.!. im not like 13 with a million piercings!. ANYWAY, my cartilage piercings sometimes choose to get infected! (ive had them for 2-3 years and they still get infected) The 2nd one in my right cartilage got so infected, i had to take it out and it closed!.!.!. which im really upset about!.!.!. of course, i clean them when they get infected!.!.!. they usually just hurt and i cant sleep on them!. all my piercings are fine except for the right cartilage! sometimes the left starts to hurt but it doesnt happen often!. Anyway, other than taking them out and letting them close, what should i do!?!? im thinking about getting the right one repierced under the old hole!.!.!. am i being stupid!? lol please be nice!!!! 10 points best answer!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like your body is rejecting the actual earring!. Try getting a nickel free earring and clean your ear and earring on a regular basis, not just when it is getting infected!. As for re-piercing your ear, do NOT re-pierce it in the same spot!. Your cartlidge needs time to heal and it will only reaggravate it, making it worse!.
