Iliotibial Band Syndrome question?!


Question: Iliotibial Band Syndrome question!?
Yo so I'm pretty sure this is what I got!. It's not severe, and it's only in my left leg!. My hip was popping a bit, I understand that that's a common effect too!. Anywho, I'm wondering if massaging the ITB is a good idea to loosen it up and stuff, since I understand the problem is that it's hella tight!. It hurts like a *****, but someone suggested using some sort of roller and going over that area of the leg just to loosen it up a bunch!. Bad idea!? Good idea!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe if you roll over your leg softly!.!. and try heat to relax the muscle also!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
