I always have really cold hands and feet!. There are lots of kind of excuses people have told me eg I'm tall so blood doesn't get to the ends of my limbs, I used to live in a tropical country so I'm not used to the cold!.!. Could any of those actually be a good reason!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hae an underactive thyroid, even when it is controlled I am cold, even in 90* heat!. I hate AC! (I am 5'9" tall and 115 pounds too, so maybe being thin contributes!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com
