Question: How can I feel awake the morning after a night with no sleep!?
Answers:
I would stay away from the caffine, it tends to have an teperary quick fix!. Then ends up giving sometimes a reverse effect and then ur even tireder then before!. Go for a walk in the morning!. Just a short walk 10-20 minutes, just to get ur blood and adrinaline pumping!. U will start feeling awake, happy and enthusiatic ready to start ur day!. Also make sure to eat breakfast in the morning, very important!. Didn't eat until ur full just enough to give u energy for the day! Results are instant!. have a great day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well there really is no true way!. You need sleep!.

Sleep is very important but you can try caffeine!. Just be prepared for a huge down hill fall when it wears off!. Your body will have no backup and you probably will fall in a heap!.
Caffeine basically blocks adenosine repceptors in the brain (when adenoise bonds with receptors it gives you the tired feeling) But caffeine has a similar structure to adenosine so it bonds with the receptors instead and because it is not adenosine the bodys cellular activity speeds up, releasing adrenoline!.

Sooo basically you can try taking caffeine tablets but be careful!. this should only be a one time thing!. After all your body will build up a tolerance to caffeine after awhile and wont work!. But for now either sleep or try caffeine!. =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
