There are several things that can cause this issue!. Primarily the lack of water in your body will cause your bones to dehydrate and the joints will ache!. The second thing is that even though you say you "are getting your calcium and my nutrition" that may or may not be true!. Please no that there are cofactors involved in digesting minerals that if not working right, you won't be getting enough calcium, etc!. One very important aspect of calcium digestion is the pH of your stomach when food arrives there!. If you eat a low salt diet that the so called "food experts" tell you to do, you may not be producing enough stomach acid to cause the pH of the stomach to go low enough and you will not digest your calcium you take!. If you are taking calcium pills, they most likely will not be digesting well and ending up as toxic calcium that will contribute to BONE SPURS, cataracts, kidney stones, etc!.

Usually when joints ache the way you are describing it is from dehydration!.

The average person needs water at the following rate:

Take your total body weight and divide by 2!. That number is the amount of water in ounces that you need to drink each and everyday!. Along with that, you should consume 1/4 teaspoon of "air dried sea salt" in conjunction with each quart of water you drink!. This puts the electrolytes in your body that will give you proper hydration!. The typical white table salt you buy in stores like the Morton Salt, for instance, is terrible for you and has loads of chemicals added!. Avoid that junk!. If you drink ANY diuretic drinks like, sodas, coffee, tea, alcohol, commercially prepared fruit drinks, energy drinks, etc!., these all dehydrate you and you will need to add more water to the total to compensate for the water loss due to these diuretic drinks!. Take the total ounces of the diuretic drinks and multiply by 1!.5 and add that total to the original total to come up with the proper amount of water you need to drink each day!.

The dehydration thing is the easiest thing to try first and will most likely solve your problem!.

at your age ,you should not have a problem with joints unless it indicates a condition!! There is an arthrytic condition that affects the young -strange at that may seem and of course there is always the possibility of the beginnings of that popular disease called lyme!!! You should be tested for both-simple blood tests!!! Injested toxins or toxins from some bug such as lyme can affect the joints and other tissues long after the bug has been erradicated from your body- new toxicology study has shown this!!!!! Most doctors -unless they are real sharp or dedicated don't keep up with the news in medecine -so buyer beware !! These are only a couple of possibilities from which I am speaking through experience!!!!! Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The clicking sound is not anything to be concerned about!. One possible reason for the pain could be bursitis!. Hopefully it is not arthritis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably growing pains, they can be very painful, I get them really badly in my lower legs and feet =/Www@Answer-Health@Com
