i tryed a cigarette when i was 14 i am now just 15 and i keep wanting one, my mum and dad smoke so this dont help !.!. i no all the risks and how hard it is to give up but its still hard !.!. help !.!. :SWww@Answer-Health@Com

I tried cigs at 13, smoked them for 2 years before I decided it was pointless, disgusting and bad for my health!.
Now, almost 10 years from putting them down, I have friends who never stopped from back when I did!. They cough alot, smell bad, and have had significantly more smoking related health problems than myself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get an ashtrayful of cigarette ends and docked ash - empty it in a jar, half fill it with water, put the lid on & swoosh it round to mix - keep this by your bedside and when you wake up each morning, take the lid off & nasally inhale good deep lungfuls of the aromatic spent cigarette remains!.!.!.!.!.!.!. Did you just smoke 1 or have you been smoking since you were 14!?
