Question: I broke my nose and now i have a lump on it HELP!!!!?
I have a bump on the bridge from hiting my nose with a door i made an apontment with the doctors and they said they were going to x ray it, what if it's still messed up what will they do, detail please!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The ENT will want to wait 5 days before seeing you so that the swelling can somewhat subside!. During the ENT appt, the doctor will either re-set your nose using a local anesthetic or suggest surgery depending on the extent of the injury!. If they set it in the office, you won't feel anything after the local but the cracking noises when it is being re-set is a bit creepy!. They will give you additional pain medication to take while it is healing and then put a sort of bandage on your nose that you will need to wear for about two weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It is normal to get a bump on the bridge of your nose when breaking your nose!. To be honest it probably won't go away with out suregery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
