Question: Shooting pain in head!?
can this be a miagrain!.!. due to lack of food and water or just from sitting in front of a computer
i have eye glasses that i usually where!.
symtoms
headaches worse at night not morning
nausua but not all the time!.!. my nuausa is already been confrimed something else
light and noise bothers me

Sounds like a combination, Drink lots of water, just have a water bottle at your desk and sip on it all day, tell yourself to drink atleast 1 1/2 bottles (if its Nalgene sized 1L)!. Could also be your glasses need to be re-fitted or the strength adjusted!. Ask your optometrist what a good distance is from your computer screen!. Make sure you have good posture when sitting for a long while or just get up and move around, do some stretches every 45 minutes (helps circulation and loosen cramped muscles)!. hope this helps!. if not, see a doctor or someone who knows what they're talking about :PWww@Answer-Health@Com
yup!. sounds like it!. migraines are caused by one of the two things: lack of blood flow to the brain, or too much blood flow to the brain!. have someone rub the back of your neck to regulate it, it helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
