You really need to go to a doctor if it's bleeding badly!. You may need stitches!. If you're under the influence, then definitely don't try to drive, as you may very likely get into much more trouble and potentially hurt innocent people!. Call a friend to drive you, take a cab/bus, walk, anything besides driving!. Most people who get in trouble for drugs are those who drive while under the influence or are found possessing drugs!.
