Question: I'm tired all the time!.!.!. i all ways drink all time and its noth anther!. whats going!?
i'm all ways tired, i'm all ways a sleep!. i drink loads but its not anther!. and i always feel a bit ill!. sometimes i'll feel fine for a few weeks or day!.(i mean not ill)
but the rested steady!. an ideas what i could do to feel better or stay a wake lol!.
i used to run every other day!. and now i'm to tired for it!.
i'm not fat i'm 4ft 9 and 6!.9 but a few months ago i was nearly 8 stone so i have losted some weight!.

if you have any ideas please help!.

Your'e probable having anemia!. It causes fatigue, sleepiness, headaches and sometimes dizziness!.
See your doctor and have a complete blood count and other tests done!.

it sounds like you may have diabetes please go to you doctor and get a check up !. they will do a simple blood test!. if you do find you have diabetes then if caught early enough it can be treated by diet alone or with tablets!.good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a doctor and get your blood checked for anything from blood sugar to long term infection!? I strongly suggest you figure out a way to see a doctor or lab for blood tests if you can't tell someone trained your symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be diabetes - see your GP as soon as you can as the thirst, weight loss and tiredness are some of the symptoms of type 2 (adult onset) diabetes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you had your blood sugar levels checked recently!. This sounds like the start of diabetes!. It may be worth a trip to your GP or practice nurse!. Is there diabetes in your family!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Low iron its easy to fix either take a supplement or heat iron rich foods like green veg!. Your doc can check!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Note whether you have a sense of thirst or really are thirsty - do you feel thirsty but have a normal (or excess) amount of spittle!?

If your diet has been poor or your breath smells consider a detox, for example using chlorophyl tablets!.

Make sure your diet is complete (eg!. all vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids)!. Also consider your environment eg!. strong electromagnetic fields, plastics, pollutants from chemicals such as cleaners, air-fresheners, house dust causing respiratory problems!.

See whether your doc will check you for diabetes (as others have mentioned), and/or your blood for thyroid, adrenals etc!.

If all the tests come back negative and you feed yourself well (etc) consider fibromyalgia, and depression!. The former is common in athletes who over-do it!. Have you experienced any injuries!? For both of these dignoses, results are reputedly improved the earlier treatment is started!. Both can include linguistic (eg!. spelling) difficulties!.

The 'wrong' antidepressant can cause the symptoms you've listed here!. Also consider why were you in hospital!.!.a virus/injury!? Surgery can be considered an injury/trauma, and viruses can damage cells!.
