Fixing muscular pain faster?!


Question: Fixing muscular pain faster!?
i went to the gym about 3 days ago and did a decently hard workout but im still hurting everywhere that i trained!. im used to hurting ALOT the day after but being fine the next day so this is annoying me alot

are there any ways pre or post workout to stop prolonged muscle pains!? i mean like permanantly btw im using tiger balm now but it just comes back in a few hoursWww@Answer-Health@Com

after a workout take an epsom salt bath! ITS AMAZING, it helps to clear lactic acid from the muscles!. Also, before you leave the gym, do a 5 min cooldown on some cardio and do a stretch of all the muscles you trained that day!.
If in pain take some IBprofin, as that should help, and heat on the muscles before stretching on off days!.
