Question: What should i do about these NON period cramps!!!?
ok ive having bad cramps wrose then when im on my period!.!. this is my 3rd month on he pill!.!. well last month!.!. 20 days ago i woke up and there was a little blood when i wiped so i put in a tampon and almost 2 hrs later i took it out and there was only a little blood!. so i put a pad on and for the rest of the day and till now i havent bleed well today i went to the restroom and wiped and there was a little i mean little dribble of blood!.!. and now nothing else!.!. i went to the e!.r yesterday because i had a very bad headache and cramps!.!. they gave me 2 shots in my behind that made me VERY sleppy!.!. and it made my headache go away!.!. but my cramps were still there a little!.!. now it hurts again!.!. i took some pain meds and it still hasnt helped!.!. what should i do!.!. they told me with this problem to call my gyno!. well she isnt in till monday!. what should i do!? the hospital dint even run any test!. they just gave me the shots for my pains!.!. what would you all do if this was you!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be pregnancy !?!?
Having ovarians cysts can cause all sorts of pain, the pressure it causes through your pelvis can be extremely painful!. They can also cause havoc with your periods, irregular bleeding, spot bleeding, heavy bleeding etc!.
Stop using tampons for now, in my opinion they can cause problems down there!.
Take a nice warm bath and book into see a doctor if you can't get into your gyno yet, as he should be able to refer you for an ultrasound to check your ovaries!.
Hope the pain goes away soon, and you get some relief!.

I had pains like that a few years ago (no bleeding) but to the point that I couldn't stand!. It ended up being ovarian cysts!. They ran an ultrasound to find out what was wrong!. It wasn't anything cancerous, just painful!. I guess they're fairly common & don't bother most people!.
Another thought that I just had was is there any possibility that you could be pregnant!? I know you said you're on the pill, but it's not 100% effective!. I was thinking if you were pregnant & it was a tubal pregnancy, I've heard that causes a bit of pain too!.
One other thing, they could be ovulation pains!. I get those sometimes too & it almost feels like the cramps I get with my period!.
If I were you, I'd go back to the ER & tell them that you're still in horrible pain & demand that they see you & run tests this time!. Tell them you don't feel like you can wait to talk to your OBGYN til Monday!. Heck, ask if there's an OBGYN on call!. Some hospitals have one!.
