Answers:
you are properly suffering from the same thing I was suffering back a couple months!
I was having numbess on my leg, tingling on my feet, muscle twitches and the whole 9 yards!

just get enough sleep, exercise and eat right! although the doctors checked all my body and couldn't find something, last month they found that my blood count results were a little abnormal! but they didn't give me any medicine!
most of my syptoms disappeared now, although I have few different ones!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your leg 'jerks' whenever you're about to fall asleep and that almost wakes you- that feling is sort of normal!.!.!.

but if your legs are restless and shaking all the time, your doctor will need to examine you at least!.!. maybe take blood and see if you're deficient in a mineral or something!.

all the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's normal - it's simply a misfiring of the brain as it goes through it's process of entering the sleep phase - I get them frequently, which is a pain in the butt for the hubby as it wakes him right up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your best bet is to see a doctor!. Asking questions like that here, will get you people speculating about all types of conditions and you will most likely just get all freaked out!.

A doctor can determine what's happening with you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
