Answers:
Your getting up to quickly after not moving for a period of time and most people call it a "head rush"!. I used to get this alot before, and a few years ago when I wasn't as healthy I watched tv for a few hours and then got up suddenly and got the head ache and then blacked out and collapsed for 5 seconds!. I don't know what it is, but now i never get a head rush unless I'm not moving for a few hours, if it's only 20 minutes you might want to ask your doctor about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is because you have low blood pressure, when you are relaxed and then get up quickly it takes your body a few seconds to get the blood pumping again!.!.!. give your body a chance to keep up, sit up and stay sitting for a min before standing up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try getting up slower!. You are getting up to quickly and your blood sugar is going down!. Your blood pressure gets low!. You could faint!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you eyes checked!. you might need glasses or if you have them the prescription may need changed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

GO to the doctors!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
