Question: I got hurt while shopping at a groceries store by another guest in the store, what's next!?
While I was shopping a guy backed-up into my shopping cart so bad he knocked me off between my ribs with the cart handle, took my breath away on the spot!. I have notified the manager, it happened about four hours ago and it hurts really bad!. Does anyone knows what should I do next!? I would probably seek medical attention if is not going away, should I call my lawyer!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go back to the store and fill out an incident report!
Speak to the manager again and explain what happened!. If this occured on their property, they are responsible--this is why THEY have insurance!. Then go to the Emergency Room (at their expense) and have yourself checked out!.
At the very least the store will be responsible for any medicals costs accrued!.
If you have no long term injuries, then let it go!. If you do indeed have any fractures---talk to an attorney!. It is STILL a SLIP AND FALL claim even though it was another guest who caused it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
