Suddenly having constant knee pains for no apparent reason, not sure why?!

Question: Suddenly having constant knee pains for no apparent reason, not sure why!?
Today I got back from my dad's house after being there and doing stuff with him for a week!. The knee pain began around 5:00 P!.M!. today!. These sudden knee pains occur after not moving my knees or legs for a small bit of time!. It also does occur even if I do move my knees a lot!. I have had no knee injuries (that I've noticed) within the past few months!.

List of things we did (in order to find problem with knees):

Went to Zoombezi Bay waterpark
played World of Warcraft for hours on end
went to see a movie
watched movies at his house
ate a regular diet with some sweets due to the fact that he's leaving to Kuwait!.
went out to eat at various places, twice throughout the week!.

My diet for the past couple months has been somewhat normal!. I've literally not drank straight water until today (after I first felt the knee pains)!. I've been drinking just diet pop for the past month or two!. I've had no milk or juice in a long time!.

Why do I have these knee pains!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
I get that all the time!. We had X-rays done and everything and the doctors found nothing wrong!. Just try stretching every half hour or so, and anti-inflammatories work well too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could have a little fluid on your knees!. You could also have arthritis and inflammation in your knees!. If it persists, then be sure and see a doctor for the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it continues you should go to the doctor and get your knees and hips x-rayed!. My son had a very severe pain in the knee and I took him to hospital but the doctor asked me whether I wanted his knees x-rayed or knees and hips!.

I didn't understand at that time that the nerve from the knee is actually the same nerve that goes to the hip so sometimes a pain can appear to be in the knee when it actually is caused by a problem in the hip so I asked the doctor to just x-ray the knee where the pain was!.

The end result is that now he needs a new hip!.

The problem he has is called SCFE, it is very rare, affects less than one out of 100,000 people!. It happens between the ages of 12 and 16!.

Have you noticed any symptoms prior to the knee pain!. one indicator is walking with the foot turned slightly outwards with consequently more wear on one side of the shoe than another!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
