What should I do about possible muscle strain in my leg?!
Question: What should I do about possible muscle strain in my leg!?
I have had pain in my leg that i think may be muscle strain!.
What can i do that help it!?
Ice pack!? Hot pack!? tylenol!? anything!?
I want to avoid going to the doctor if possible!. It isnt too severe, in which case i would immediately visit a doc!. I just want to help it heal, and lessen the pain to get back to normal!.

Okay:
1!. Put ice on it immediately!
2!. Rest it, make sure not to put too much strain on the injury!.
3!. Take a tylenol if the pain is extremely bad!.
4!. Take it easy!.!.!.
5!. Your leg should get better in a week or two, but if it
doesn't then you HAVE to see a doctor!. Or your leg could get permanently injured!.

take some pain medicine and the best thing to do is use an ice pack for about 15min every hour or so, but if the pain gets worse you should go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would do 15 minutes hot pack and 15 min cold packs ever 2 hours and take Tylenol for pain and rest the leg!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I prefer aspirin to tylenol for a muscle sprain!. Also, moist heat not iceWww@Answer-Health@Com
since its a pain that u are not sure about u should ice pack it and rest ur leg until it feels betterWww@Answer-Health@Com
