Question: Whats wrong, heavy breathing, tears!?

Okay!.!. I went outside to let tha dog out and there was a deer standing right in tha yard!. I started beathing heavy and fast and i started crying but i didnt know why!. Now my chest hurts, i have a headache and im jus now calming down and my beathing is finally going back to normal, this happend about 30 minutes ago!. Can sumone plz tell me what jus happend!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
