Ways to Crack My Back/Neck?!


Question: Ways to Crack My Back/Neck!?
If anyone knows any good ways to crack my back/neck/shoulders, throw em my way! They're feel really tense and it feels good when I crack them ahaha!.

See a chiropractor! They can actually assess you to see where you need to be "cracked" then do it!. They can also treat the muscles involved so you might not be so tense and not need to crack them!. A really good doctor will adjust your spine, and shoulders so you won't need to crack them because that tense sensation won't be there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're by yourself then you can sit in a desk or table chair (something with a hard back that is narrower than a recliner)!. Sit with your legs and head facing front, then without moving your butt twist your back and head and grab the opposite end of the back of the chair, so if you're twisting to the right keep twisting until you grab the left side of the back of the chair!. Then repeat on the other side!. If you've got someone who can pick you up then you should stand straight and cross your arms over your chest so that your hands are resting on your shoulders!. Then, with your back to the person, have them pick you up and lean back!. You'll want to tense up, but don't, this should be able to crack your back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had back pain for like a week and eventually i went to my doctors and they did it for me!. but if you don't want to go to the doctors then have a friend step on your back while laying down or have a friend grab your arms behind your back (standing up) and they have to put their knee on the part of your back where it needs to be cracked then they just push their knee and pull your shoulders back!. sorry that's really confusing i hope it works :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

well I dont know if this would work for you!.!. but this is what I do for my husband he lays on the floor face down and then I get on his back on my knees and slowly crawl ( i have my hands on the floor in front of him for support) up his back it usually cracks his back in one or more places!.

By th way I only weigh 125 pounds so have someone light weight do it!. you dont want to put too much weight on your back, you might hurt yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
