Pulled muscle lower back!?!


Question: Pulled muscle lower back!!?
i htink i pulled a muscle in my lower back on my left side!. i cant walke without pain or get up or do anything!. what do i do, how long does is last, etc!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to lie down on top of a source of warmth, with your knees bent!. Do this as much as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lie/lay on your side on the edge of your mattress or sofa!. Keeping your bottom leg straight, slowly flex your knee upwards to your chest while leaning over the sofa/mattress slightly!. Then switch legs!.

After the pain subsides, make sure to use a regular stretching regimen!. This is great for both flexibility and circulation!. Additionally, it is great for your overall health!.

Back pain is always frustrating as we can't do our normal day to day activites!. You may need to go see a Physio if the pain persists!.

In the meantime make sure you are doing some gentle stretches, heat applied to the area of pain and massaging will all help treat the current pain!.
