Question: My shoulder seems kinda funky should I still lift weights!?
Today I was working out and I just got to the weight lifting part of my routine but my shoulder is kind of in pain!. I have no clue what is wrong with it!. A couple of days ago it was really sore but now it only hurts when I lift weights!. I can do push ups without any pain but when I do Curls with weights it's like a pain that starts at my elbow and goes to the joint in my shoulder!. I could probably still work through the pain so it isn't that bad, but should I!? Will it be ok !? Should I just not lift for a couple of days or what!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd Suggest stay away from the weights for a week or so!.!.!.!.I had this exact same pain last Tuesday!.!.Coincidence!?!!?
Your shoulder muscles are probably just twisted!.!.

I think you should stay away form any weight on your shoulder for 2 weeks max!. If it still hurts when you go lift weights repeat process!.And ice every nightWww@Answer-Health@Com
