Question: I cant fall Asleep!?
Im young and I can't fall asleep at night what do I do!?!?!? to fall asleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are two types of people with reference to sleeping patterns!. They are 'larks' and 'owls'!.
The first category are the regular people who go to bed early and getup early!. The 'owls' go to sleep late and getup late!. It all depends on the mental makeup!.
I would suggest to you - to change your lifestyle patterns!. Shutdown your computer at 9:00 PM, don't turn on the TV, take a warm bath, get on to your bed and open your favorite book!. Do it for a week or more!. Your body creates a new pattern and hopefully you will go to sleep early!.
If you still don't fall asleep even then, then you are an 'owl'!. So reprogram your job and work with that in mind!.

sometimes drinking warm milk maybe cho milk would help you need to rest the mind if you can't get your mom to take yout o doctor it could be depression its weird but it does come up in the mix and it can be that you need meds for awhile!. take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try reading something!. But don't read fiction!. Read something that you want to learn about because they are fairly boring books even though you will enjoy learning about it!. Thats what i do and it puts me to sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try Listening to your favirote Music and just make your own Music Videos with your eyes closed!. Like with your life and imagine it all in your head that will lead on to sleep well it works for me!. Might work for you to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i'm the exact same way!. i stay up all night but i don't want to sleep!. try relaxing your entire body by laying and listening to peacful music!. maybe that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
exercise more, eat dinner earlier, maybe try listening to some soothing music before falling asleep (i recommend Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to do something to take your mind off sleeping!.!.if you are getting frustrated that you cant fall asleep then you wont, so try reading or crossword puzzles (if you like that kinda thing)Www@Answer-Health@Com
